People don’t care about our internal processes. They just want to ‘do the thing’ – set up their limited company or register for self-assessment. Here’s how we helped them do that.

I am a full supporter of GOV.UK. I love the way content is presented: if you’re a citizen or business coming from Google and wanting a straightforward, well written answer – you get it.
Inside Government is now home to 24 ministerial departments and 32 other departments and public bodies. A huge amount of work has gone into this transition, but there's even more still to do.
The Land Registry has recently started helping their staff adopt plain English in anticipation of their move to GOV.UK.
